The store can integrate buyers from the store to your subscriber database. This allows you to offer discounts to loyal subscribers, or conversely to sell a subscription to a new product buyer so they can get a discount. This knowledge allows you determine the “best” way to sell to your customers.

The Marketing feature of ESP Stores allows publishers to create and post copy for each product. Publishers are able to highlight specific products on the store’s home page all while displaying related products is a wonderful tool to “up-sell” customers while they browse a product’s page or before checkout.

ESP Stores also supports news, blog, forums, polls, custom pages (topics) and social media integration. Customers are able to post product reviews, which are one of the best forms of marketing. Asking for feedback on products gives customers a voice and lets others know what people think about your products.

Customers are able to establish profiles on ESP Stores and create their own custom digital library through the purchases made on the store. The application, which renders a device-aware shopping experience, delivers a captivating, feature-rich and graphically pleasing storefront, which provides a means for publishers to immediately deliver relevant offers, promotions and products to increase sales and drive business across all channels, no matter what device the customer is using.

USER FRIENDLY SHOPPING CART

Publishers want to make sure purchasing products are as simple as possible. That’s why we’ve created an intuitive, user friendly shopping cart environment. Customers will be able to select and purchase multiple products such as special feature issues, subscriptions, and goods all in one transaction.

At checkout, customers are able to select multiple payment methods. ESP Stores allows you to accept all major credit and debit cards, and even some specialty vendors, such as PayPal (Programming fees may apply). The store can be set to authorize only, or auth-capture credit card mode. You can then capture payment at shipment if desired. ESP Stores also supports refund (and partial refund) and void functionality.

MULTI-STORE CONTROL

The multi-store feature enables you to run more than one store from a single ESP Stores Admin interface. This enables you to host more than one front-end store on different domains and manage all admin operations from your single Administration panel. You can share catalog data between stores, have a product in more than one store for example, and your customers can log-in to all of your stores using the same credentials. This is especially useful if you have multiple publications under your company umbrella.

SEO

ESP Stores combines all the key features necessary to increase SEO efforts. As the store manager, publishers will have full access to generating and managing keyword tags and customized URLs. This will give your site more weight with Google when it comes to ranking your site against similar sites.

CUSTOM REPORTING

ESP Stores provides a suite of reports that are readily available for download and review. This includes some of the existing ESP Product Store reports that come standard for all client’s utilizing our product system.

FULL CONTROL OF YOUR BRAND

ESP Stores offers multiple levels of control of your store. Each store established will receive its own custom domain name that can seamlessly integrate with your brand’s main website. We offer different levels of administration based on your brand’s specific needs.
ESP Controlled – ESP has full control of the client’s store. We make the changes, updates, and additions for the client. (Should be most expensive tier in my opinion)

Client Controlled – The client has full control of their store. They make the changes, updates, and additions.

Joint Control – ESP and the client has control of the client’s store. The client will be responsible for making any changes, updates, and additions to their store. ESP will only implement custom changes that involve programming.

SHIPPING & TAXATION

ESP Stores store can be configured for free shipping over $X. Publishers will be able to configure shipping rates based on order weight or order totals. You can also specify additional shipping charges per product or include tax by specific states.
ESP Stores also allow you to create shipping discounts (percent or fixed amount). Publishers are able to clearly define custom shipping methods (e.g. Ground, Next Day, 2nd Day, etc) or use popular shipping carriers (e.g. UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc). ESP Stores is integrated with major shipping carriers. Your customers can choose their preferred carrier based on experience, price, or destination.

The shipping estimation tool helps customers to estimate shipping cost before the checkout process starts. Customers just enter country, state and zip code information, it will show available shipping options and each estimated cost.

Tax calculations in ESP Stores offer a considerable amount of flexibility to meet your store’s legal requirements, your preferences, and the expectations of your customers. Publishers can manage all setting and details in admin website by easily.
