Jacksm.jpg (11519 bytes)From all of us at ESP Computer Services, we wish you a happy holiday season, and hope that 2004 was both rewarding and profitable for you.

Here in California, we continue to grow, topping 100 employees for the first time in our 33 year history. You can read about some of our newer clients in this newsletter. Our new clients have discovered what our current clients already know–ESP’s commitment to service, leading edge technology and real-time database capabilities set us apart from other companies.

Our managed growth has allowed us to invest in development (read about ESPonDemand) and people. We hired Glen Giles, a 20 year fulfillment industry veteran, to lead our marketing efforts and created a new position of Audit Manager to work with the growing number of audited publications.

Michael Jordan, our Operations Director, will complete his term as WFMA president at the end of this month after leading the organization for two years and contributing to the organization’s most successful CircDayLA event ever. Michael also spoke at FMA day in New York.

Stefan Beeli, Vice President, was invited to speak at CircDayLA with John Rockwell of Paperloop, and participated on fulfillment industry panels at the event. Stefan also spoke at the Circ Management Conference in New York.

We continue to focus on our clients’ needs while staying proactive in finding and developing innovative solutions. ESP has more than 30 years of experience to help you accomplish the work of fulfillment. We are also looking to the future, to provide new tools to help you do your job. We are actively involved in the industry so we can make informed decisions that benefit our customers.

With all these changes in the industry, our principles remain the same. ESP will always listen, respond, and not forget that we work for you, our customer.

Happy Holidays,

Jack Miller
