If your publication has unique distribution requirements we can help. We are experts when it comes to alternate delivery and exceptional dispatch. Label generation options include laser printed labels, label tape generation and electronic transmission of labels. Second class mail features include sack tags, 3541‘s, centralized postage payment, CASS reporting, exceptional dispatch, carrier route presort, additional entry points and bar coded flats.

Alternate Delivery
Alternate delivery is supported for domestic and international delivery vendors. This includes printing labels in vendor delivery sequence and special reports for vendor use. Vendors have on-line access to view possible new deliveries and code the selected accounts with sequence numbers. Changes can be made right up to label closing. We also support exceptional dispatch for mailed copies and centralized postage payment (CPP). Labels can be transmitted electronically to delivery vendors.

Unique Capabilities
ESP offers comprehensive ad and circulation split capabilities. We also offer supplemental label selection upon request. Client distribution staff have on-line access to real time totals for each distribution type such as additional entries, alternate delivery locations, Canadian & foreign mail, high priority deliveries (FEDEX, express mail, first class, etc.). Client distribution staff can also specify (and change for each issue if desired) the sequence of each label group within the main label run (This allows great flexibility in the distribution of time sensitive publications).
